Canada Day Party Planning: Water Bombs! {From create.craft.love}

Here's a quick and AWESOME DIY that I found over by Jill at Create.Craft.Love.  These are completely AWESOME.  They are so easy to make (get the tutorial here), and I was able to get the supplies at the dollar store so very inexpensive!
